We are looking for a driven Team Lead to take charge of the Finance Transformation Team ensuring seamless, efficient and accurate financial operations for our +1000 partners providing the goods for sale in Miinto’s 13 markets. As the Team Lead, Finance Transformation, you will be responsible for leading all financial processes related to partner operations and revenue generation from our platform. From ensuring accurate and timely monthly invoicing to maintaining partner metadata and supporting both internal and external stakeholders, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day financial operations at Miinto. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring data for efficient and accurate statutory and management reporting.

Miinto is currently undergoing a significant transformation, resulting in comprehensive changes to finance processes and the supporting system landscape. This role will be critical in ensuring the successful implementation of these changes and driving efficient and scalable operations moving forward.

The position will be based and lead a small dedicated team in our HQ in Copenhagen and will be reporting to our Head of Finance Transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monthly Invoicing Process: Oversee and execute the billing process for all partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  
• Metadata Maintenance: Maintain and update partner-related financial data to support efficient invoicing and settlement processes.
  
• Customer Revenue: Ensure accurate and compliant recording of customer revenue from Miinto’s 13 markets
  
• Stakeholder Support: Act as the key point of contact for partners and internal stakeholders regarding invoicing and settlement matters.
  
• Process and Systems Optimization: Continuously improve operational finance processes and drive implementation of new systems.
  
• Reporting Support: Support reporting processes by ensuring timely and accurate data
  
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and ownership.

What we are looking for:

• Educational Background: Relevant Masters degree within Finance (e.g. cand.merc.FIR, cand.merc.AEF or similar) or other relevant business education.
  
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a Big Four firm, finance consulting, or other internationally oriented finance position.
  
• Strong data skills: Experience in working with large data sets and keeping the overview of multiple data sources
  
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience in handling large datasets.
  • Experience with Power Query, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with with ERP systems, especially MS Business Central, is an advantage
• Financial and Operational Acumen: Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles combined with a commercial mindset.
  
• Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive and analytical approach to identifying and solving challenges.
  
• Drive and Ownership: Strong sense of ownership and accountability combined with a strong drive to meet deadlines
  
• Leadership Skills: Experience in managing a team is a plus.
