Junior CRM Specialist - Maternity Cover
We are looking for an aspiring CRM specialist who wants to join the Miinto Marketing team from 1 September 2025 to 14 April 2026 to cover for a maternity leave.
If you are eager to contribute, learn, get your hands dirty, drive results and get deep into our CRM engine, this is the perfect opportunity. You’ll get to manage automated email marketing and campaigns targeting over 1 million subscribers across 12 different markets.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who has had a first taste of CRM practices and wants to emerge further into the world of email and SMS marketing. By joining an international e-commerce business environment, you will take on the role of Junior CRM Specialist. In this role, we will onboard you to our way of working within our CRM tools, teach you the ropes of permission base engagement through email and SMS, and show you how we track, analyze, report, and use performance data.
The position is based at our HQ office in Copenhagen and you will report to the Head of Customer Marketing, Jeppe Svane Godtfredsen.
What you will do:
- Drive revenue from our email and SMS permission base in 12 markets
- Building and maintaining automated emails in our CRM platform Agillic
- Support and build scalable solutions for our campaign sendouts through teamwork
- Draft compelling master content, adaptable for local markets
- Run a/b tests to optimise our CRM and campaign performance
- Manage and maintain our target groups in our CRM platform Agillic
- Performance analysis and reporting
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Agillic would be a plus)
- Interest and willingness to learn about data analysis within the area of CRM
- Structured way of working with an attention to detail
- Creative mindset with demonstrated experience in content creation
- Self-starter with the ability to initiate and execute innovative ideas
