Senior CRM Specialist
Would you like to be the new Senior CRM Specialist in Miinto Marketing?
We are looking for a CRM professional who has the hunger to be owning Miinto’s technical CRM solutions, owning the quality assessment of sendouts (both manual and automated) and sharing ownership on the reporting of the Customer Marketing performance.
You get excited by the nitty gritty, the technical aspects, by driving results, tracking performance and at the same time, you have an interest in communication, and would like to create hyper-relevant experiences through email marketing to over 1 million subscribers across 12 markets.
It's an unique opportunity to step directly into a fundamental role at Miinto, where you will get a lot of responsibility from day one. You will get hands-on, you will play a big part in our strategic decisions and you’ll be analysing solutions, performance and opportunities. You will work in detail with email and SMS marketing, by joining an international e-commerce business environment. Furthermore, there is a possibility to get managerial experience in the role - based on your past experience and seniority.

The position is stationed in our HQ in Copenhagen and will be reporting to our Head of Campaigns.
What you will do:
- Drive revenue and profit from email and SMS in 12 markets
- Be the go-to person for all technical CRM efforts
- Be the contact-person to our CRM software provider, Agillic
- Develop and maintain automated email/SMS flows in Agillic
- Performance analysis and reporting
- Build and optimise scalable SMS/email solutions through collaboration
- Maintain and secure a smooth CRM platform
- Manage target groups in Agillic
- Run a/b tests to optimise our CRM and campaign performance
- Potential managerial responsibility
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience with email marketing and CRM systems (Agillic is a plus)
- Technical skills to lead CRM solutions
- Performance-driven, analytical, and experienced in performance reporting
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining automated flows
- Structured way of working with attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to initiate and execute innovative ideas
