As a part of the Freight & Fulfillment Team at Miinto, you will play a crucial role in delivering an excellent post-purchase experience to our customers and acting as a problem-solver for our partners. In this role, you'll assist customers and partners with their shipping needs while maintaining clear communication with shipping providers and carriers to ensure smooth operations.

What you'll do:

• Conduct investigations and determine resolutions while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders,
• Support our proactive process of informing customers about delivery deviations to turn potentially negative experiences into outstanding ones,
• Collaborate with different departments across the company.

What we're looking for

• Very good written and spoken English and fluent in Polish
• Strong decision-making skills, considering diverse stakeholders and articulating rationale behind choices,
• High communication skills and attention to details,
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams with a positive, team-oriented attitude,
• Availability to work mostly within the operating business hours (8:00-18:00),
• Curiosity and keen observation for identifying patterns.
