Partner Support Agent

As a Partner Support Agent, you will maintain business relationships with Miinto partnering boutiques by answering their operational requests regarding order fulfilment, shipping, returns, and more.

What you'll do:

• Provide excellent partner support in business English
• Advise partners on order fulfilment process and other Miinto policies in accordance with General Terms & Conditions
• Address technical issues concerning our systems, adequately report them and suggest short-term solutions
• Update partners’ information in our systems
• Collaborate with different departments of the company to provide the best possible solutions for the customers and partner boutiques
• Represent Miinto to third parties by writing with boutiques interested in working with us

What we are looking for:

• Strong communication skills both in written and spoken English
• Ability to resolve complex issues with compromise that both parties accept
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments
• High attention to detail and ability to easily adapt to a fast-changing environment
• Willingness to work on emails and chat
• Availability between 90-110 hours per month within standard office hours
• Optional - possibility to work from the office in Warsaw
