Partner Support Agent
As a Partner Support Agent, you will maintain business relationships with Miinto partnering boutiques by answering their operational requests regarding order fulfilment, shipping, returns, and more.
What you'll do:
- Provide excellent partner support in business English
- Advise partners on order fulfilment process and other Miinto policies in accordance with General Terms & Conditions
- Address technical issues concerning our systems, adequately report them and suggest short-term solutions
- Update partners’ information in our systems
- Collaborate with different departments of the company to provide the best possible solutions for the customers and partner boutiques
- Represent Miinto to third parties by writing with boutiques interested in working with us
What we are looking for:
- Strong communication skills both in written and spoken English
- Ability to resolve complex issues with compromise that both parties accept
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments
- High attention to detail and ability to easily adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Willingness to work on emails and chat
- Availability between 90-110 hours per month within standard office hours
- Optional - possibility to work from the office in Warsaw
